At TherapyNow, we believe in fair compensation for the important work our therapists do. That's why we offer a highly competitive rate of $135.79* per hour. We value the hard work and expertise of our therapists and aim to ensure that they are fairly rewarded for their efforts in providing much-needed therapy to those who need it most.
The remaining portion of the funding goes towards covering the costs of insurance, NDIS registration, administrative support, and marketing efforts to connect you with new clients, so you can focus solely on providing excellent therapy services.

Our matching process quickly assesses customer needs and therapists skills and capacity and creates an opportunity for therapists to respond to. In this way, you can quickly and comfortably control your caseload knowing that we understand your focus.
At TherapyNow, we prioritise the safety and security of our clients, therapists, and the broader community. We've got you covered with comprehensive insurance protection, including public liability, personal accident, and professional indemnity. These insurance policies provide peace of mind for everyone involved, ensuring that we can focus on delivering exceptional therapy services without unnecessary risks or concerns.
In addition to our robust insurance coverage, TherapyNow is a registered NDIS provider and we are committed to adhering to the high standards and regulations set by the National Disability Insurance Agency Quality and Safeguards Commission.
TherapyNow is committed to helping NDIS participants utilise their plans and take them further. To do this, we engage and train therapy assistants to be a part of the team.
TherapyNow recognises that therapy assistants require significant support and supervision to successfully deliver plans. In recognition of this effort, TherapyNow offers therapists supporting therapy assistants 5% of all therapy assistant supports utilised in the plan. This enables therapists to increase the scope of support they can provide, and be fairly rewarded for the crucial task of managing key outcomes and providing essential support.
Getting Started
To obtain an ABN, simply visit the Australian Business Register's website and complete the online application. It's a quick and straightforward process that will help you kickstart your journey with TherapyNow.
During our hiring process you’ll be asked to present your NDIS worker screening check and a working with children check. We’ll also ask you for proof of registration with the governing body of your profession.
Once you’re working with us, we’ll ask you to complete a brief profile that helps us match who you will work with. This includes ages, disability types, and individual expertise.
We'll also ask you about when and where you'd like to work so we can match you with clients. This will be done on our platform which makes it easy to indicate your time preferences and areas you will work in.
Once complete, you'll be able to log onto our platform and receive notifications about clients requiring service.

Pricing and Rates
TherapyNow understands that the most valuable part of our organisation are the people delivering essential services. That’s why we offer 70% of the NDIS rate to our therapists ($135.79) for their work. We’ll directly pass on price changes, so you can focus on your clients.
TherapyNow maintains subscriptions for popular assessments and will assist you to work with a client's plan to access specialised assessments and tools.
TherapyNow pays therapists for client cancellations in line with their pricing and the NDIS price guide.
Travel that is agreed to by the client in their service agreement is invoiced to TherapyNow and paid at 70% of the NDIS unit rate.

Our platform enables therapists to quickly assign billing codes to their schedule and activities, seamlessly generating an invoice to be paid by TherapyNow for their services.
Our efficient billing system directly bills the relevant agency, such as the NDIS, for the services provided by therapists. Additionally, our experienced financial support team is always available to address any questions or concerns related to billing and invoicing, ensuring that our therapists receive prompt and accurate payment for their services.
